I believe that food is therapeutic. Food can heal us from disease or it can create disease in the body. Food can mend broken hearts or it can make us feel worse about ourselves. Food can energize us or it can leave us feeling depleted. It all depends on what and how and why we eat.

Many people have complex, complicated relationships with food that can make the act of eating unbearable and can create barriers to their mental and physical wellbeing. I became a nutritionist to help people heal their relationships with food, so that they can enjoy optimal physical, emotional, and mental health.

I offer a number of nutrition and wellness services to realize this mission. Please explore these offerings to determine how I can best serve you and your health needs.

NUTRITION COUNSELING

Food Therapy

As a nutritionist, I teach my clients how to eat with intention and listen to how their bodies react to different foods in order to regain their optimal health. I use food as a therapeutic tool for healing and design personalized nutrition plans to meet each client’s individual dietary preferences, lifestyle, and health goals. I work with clients to address numerous health concerns including: disordered eating, food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities, hormone imbalances, “adrenal fatigue”, autoimmune diseases, gastrointestinal conditions, and more. 

Initial session (60-75 min): $169

Follow-up sessions (45 min) - $99

HOLISTIC HEALTH COACHING

A Healthier, Happier You

I provide my coaching clients with consistent support, guidance, and accountability as they set goals and make doable and sustainable changes to their diet and lifestyle. As your health coach, I will help you navigate the world of contradictory health advice to determine what diet and lifestyle changes are necessary for you. Coaching is personalized to your individual needs and will radically enhance your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Coaching packages start at $275 per month.

THERAPEUTIC COOKING LESSONS

Food as Medicine

Learn how to use the healing properties of foods and the therapeutic process of cooking and preparing meals to find joy and optimal health. Cooking lessons are hands-on and take place in your own kitchen. All recipes are tailored to your dietary preferences and health concerns. 

Private and group lessons available. 

Private lesson (2-3 hours) : $169 + the cost of groceries

3 lesson package : $400 + the cost of groceries

Small group lesson (3-6 people) : $59 per person + the cost of groceries 

Large group lesson (7-10 people) : $45 per person + the cost of groceries

PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES

Healthy Meals Made for You

Busy schedule? Too many commitments? Don't have time to plan healthy meals for the week, let alone cook them? Allow me to do the meal planning and preparing for you! I will prepare nutritious and delicious plant-based meals for you to enjoy throughout the week. Menus are customized to your tastes, dietary patterns, and health goals. 

Prices vary by number of dishes desired and size of household.

Intuitive Eating Six-Week Course

Does food control your life? Are you always on a diet? Do you eat (or overeat) for comfort, out of boredom, to soothe your emotions, or to fill the “loneliness void”? Do you have cravings that you cannot resist, no matter how hard you try? I’ve been in your shoes, and I’m here to help.

Ditch the Diet is my six-week Intuitive Eating course that will help you ditch the dieting cycle, make peace with food, and learn how to eat to feel good. Intuitive Eating is a non-diet approach to eating, based on the premise that the body innately "knows" what to eat and how much to eat to maintain nutritional balance, good health, and appropriate body weight. The course will introduce you to the concepts of Intuitive Eating and guide you to listen to your body, overcome your cravings, eat mindfully, and rediscover the pleasure of eating, without the guilt, stress, or shame.

I work with businesses to implement workplace wellness practices that promote healthier, happier, and, ultimately, more productive employees. I offer nutrition and wellness workshops, group programs, one-on-one consultations, events, and more, tailored to the needs and interests of your company and your employees. 


My clients and their employees learn to eat healthier foods, exercise more, sleep better, reduce stress, think more clearly, and be more productive in work and in life, as well as have fewer sick days and doctor visits and rely less on medications to keep them healthy and alive.
